What is “Layer”?
“Layer” is like a transparent sheet. It is useful for creating a specific effect by overlapping different objects or masking part of the image.
Users can make their work efficient by creating separate layers for one image. For example, if users are drawing a person’s face, they can draw the face, hair, eyes, etc. on separate layers. They can check [Protect Alpha] to edit the parts being drawn. Also, creating a new layer above the layer on which the part is drawn and activating [Clipping], which is useful for applying various effects to the part.
Layers are drawn from the bottom of the list and the final outline will be displayed on the canvas.
